Amidst the hustle and bustle of the busy Christmas week, the German Federal Competition Authority (Bundeskartellamt or BKartA) did not make any favours to the German press publishers by considering that Google had made a series of important adjustments « to the benefit » of publishers, and closed the procedure opened at the request of Corint Media, the German collective management organisation that administers the press-publishers’ rights.
